Club Inauguration
Bhavan's Varuna Vidyalaya, Thrikkakara, inaugurated the club activities for the year 2024-2025 on 2 August 2024. The event began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries.
Smt. Anjali C Prasad, faculty the Department of Physics, welcomed the gathering, followed by Smt. Vijayalakshmi B the Department of Social Science, who presented a comprehensive report on the club activities for the academic year 2023-2024.
The Chief Guest, Smt. Manjusree Nair, a cine artist, addressed the gathering, emphasizing that the purpose of education is to impart wisdom, helping individuals understand their role in society. She highlighted the importance of extracurricular activities in making student life enriching and enjoyable, providing varied platforms for students to interact, explore interests, develop talents, and experience communal living.
Adding to the celebration, Sagar S Menon of Std V delivered a melodious song. Smt. Binu Mathew from the Department of Mathematics proposed the vote of thanks.
Principal Smt. Remadevi KP, Vice Principal Smt. Smitha Jayaraj, and Assistant Vice Principal Smt. Sindhu C Nair were present on the occasion.
