HIROSHIMA DAY(8/8/2017)

Hiroshima Day was celebrated on 8th August to pay respect to the people who died during the Second World War. The atom bomb named little man and fat boy was dropped at Hiroshima  and Nagasaki in 1945 August 6th and 8th respectively. The disaster was so enormous that its after effects are still prevailing in Japan. Raghav Bharat of Std XI C gave a speech about the same. There was a powerpoint presentation by Hisham and Basant Raj of Std XI C with footage on the decision to drop atom bomb, reasons and after effects of the Bomb attack. This was followed by lighting the lamp to spread the message of peace in the society.
